Clinical and diagnostic laboratory is a structural unit of the University Clinic Bogomolets National Medical University.
From March 2021, the work of the department is aimed at daily work and duty to provide services 24/7.
In May 2021, the laboratory introduced a specialized program: LIMS TerraLab - a laboratory information management system of the highest level. Which allows you to flexibly configure and maintain laboratory processes, and also has a wide range of functionality.
The department of the laboratory is the base of the department "Modern technologies of medical diagnostics and treatment" of Bogomolets National Medical University (Head, Doctor of Medicine, Prof. Natrus LV). In the laboratory department, students of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and students study or improve their skills in clinical laboratory diagnostics. Laboratory doctors of the clinical diagnostic laboratory are actively involved in practical classes with students and help in gaining experience with analyzers and methods.
Employees of the Department of "Modern Technologies of Medical Diagnostics and Treatment" conduct lectures and stimulation trainings for doctors and nurses of the University Clinic. Because the development and implementation of new methods broadens the view of laboratory physicians and clinicians on the possibilities of modern laboratory medicine and draws attention to research in various areas of modern medicine.
